All part time and full time staff have access to Salary Packaging which allows you to pay for expenses with money from your salary before tax is taken out.

Paid Parental Leave

All permanent full-time and part-time employees who have been employed by Sexual Health Victoria for a minimum of 12 months continuous service are eligible for Paid Parental Leave.

Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - is a free, confidential, independent counselling and professional support service for Sexual Health Victoria employees and their immediate families. The EAP provides assistance with work-related or personal concerns which can impact an employee’s wellbeing and work effectiveness. Access to this service is 24 hours a day.
