SHV is excited to officially launch our first stage Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan.
Our RAP has now been endorsed by Reconciliation Australia. This is a significant milestone that demonstrates our commitment to acknowledging the injustices and racialised actions of the past, and look towards a future built on reconciliation.
The RAP focuses on three key pillars: Relationships, Respect and Opportunities. These components aim to shape a meaningful pathway towards creating and sustaining respectful relationships and opportunities with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. These actions include strengthening community connections, embedding cultural learning and creating education and employment pathways that enable better sexual healthcare outcomes for all and strengthen community ties.
Our RAP is now live and can be viewed here.
